Base Salary
$160k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate secure, reliable, and scalable cloud infrastructure for the intelligence platform.
- Deploy systems into internal, customer-managed, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Design systems for strict latency, availability, compliance, and high-throughput requirements.
- Implement infrastructure as code and establish infrastructure foundations that enable engineering teams to ship reliably.
- Manage Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, service orchestration, networking, identity and access controls, secrets management, and multi-tenant systems.
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, observability, and production CI/CD pipelines.
- Guide the company’s security posture and support secure deployments in regulated and high-security environments.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with GCP preferred and AWS or Azure acceptable.
- Experience deploying into customer-managed cloud environments and hybrid setups.
- Strong knowledge of application security, including RBAC, ABAC, multi-tenant systems, identity and access frameworks, and secrets management.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and service orchestration.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or an equivalent tool.
- Experience designing low-latency and high-throughput systems.
- Background in monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
- Networking skills including VPCs, peering, firewalls, and service meshes.
- Preferred experience with streaming frameworks, caching layers, big data stores, compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO, HIPAA, or FedRAMP, high-security or regulated industries, backend development with Python and distributed systems, and ML infrastructure.
