Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of software solutions.
- Mentor and guide software engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical direction.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Ensure software performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for relevant adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Java and modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and database technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred experience with React or Angular.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT is a plus.
- Open-source contributions or active participation in technology communities is preferred.
