Responsibilities
- Propose, create, and enhance the project’s test strategy and test automation approach.
- Challenge existing practices and promote QA best practices and a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility.
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases and critically analyze test results.
- Build understanding of business, technical, and operational requirements and contribute to the quality assurance process.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to improve automated tests, tools, solutions, and test coverage.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a QA role.
- Ability to derive test cases from functional and technical designs.
- Experience with TDD/BDD and test automation.
- Experience with at least one of Cypress, Playwright, or WebdriverIO.
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and the QA role within it.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize QA processes and enhance quality.
