Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across API, UI, and mobile layers of airline applications.
- Own end-to-end test planning, execution, and defect triage for functional, regression, and integration testing cycles.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and rapid release feedback.
- Use AI test-generation tools to create, prioritize, and maintain test cases and scripts from requirements and production logs.
- Validate the accuracy, bias, reliability, and behavior of AI- and GenAI-driven features, including chat assistants, recommendation engines, and dynamic pricing.
- Perform GenAI testing, including prompt and response validation, hallucination checks, and output regression testing.
- Detect model drift, degraded performance, data quality issues, and automation flakiness that may affect release readiness.
- Evaluate AI-generated test artifacts against human-authored baselines to identify coverage gaps.
- Apply airline domain knowledge to test PSS, GDS, NDC, reservations, ticketing, check-in, baggage, loyalty, and crew or operations workflows.
- Validate airline business rules, fare and schedule logic, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Build and configure lightweight AI agents or copilots for QA task automation.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in test automation and quality engineering is required.
- Experience designing automation frameworks across API, UI, and mobile application layers is required.
- Experience with end-to-end test planning, functional, regression, integration testing, defect triage, and continuous testing pipelines is required.
- Experience with AI test-generation tools, AI assurance, GenAI testing, prompt and response validation, hallucination detection, model drift detection, and AI-generated test artifact evaluation is required.
- Airline domain knowledge covering PSS, GDS, NDC, reservations, ticketing, check-in, baggage, loyalty, or crew and operations is required or strongly relevant.
- Experience building lightweight AI agents or copilots for QA tasks such as test data generation, log triage, defect classification, self-healing locators, or result summarization is relevant.
