Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering of business, functional, and technical requirements for identity platform solutions.
- Document common technical and functional requirements for specific customer solutions.
- Support the creation of project plans for solution development and implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight as part of the professional services delivery team.
- Assist in customer health-checks and project reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
- 3+ years of consulting experience.
- 3+ years of experience in application architecture design.
- 3+ years of experience with IAM architectures.
- 3+ years of experience implementing cloud computing solutions.
- Experience with customer identity use cases for B2C and B2B.
- Ability to work with CxOs and high-level customer executives.
- Experience leading discovery workshops to derive customer requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Security Architecture and web protocols.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, .Net, or JavaScript.
