Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, release execution, and software implementation.
- Prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and project-status updates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, gather feedback, resolve queries, and support on-time delivery.
- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Provide customer-focused communication and track service issues, risks, and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill in GenAI Consulting for Apps & Infra.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software development problems.
- Ability to automate validation and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Ability to create formal technical documentation, reports, and software specifications.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, systems analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgradation certifications.
