Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions and lead teams through design and delivery.
- Design and build Copilot Studio agents with topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, conversation flows, and generative orchestration.
- Configure knowledge sources, generative answers, prompts, and grounding to improve agent response accuracy.
- Build Power Automate flows and connect agents to backend and line-of-business systems.
- Configure MCP Server tool and plugin connections to extend agent capabilities.
- Configure and test agent publishing across Teams, web, and custom application channels.
- Manage development, testing, production, and ALM practices for agents.
- Use Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and advanced grounding patterns such as RAG.
- Test and troubleshoot topics, flows, integrations, conversational breakdowns, and connector or plugin issues.
- Apply responsible AI practices, including bias, safety, and hallucination checks.
- Collaborate on agent design, security, ALM alignment, and code or configuration reviews.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and integration with Copilot Studio agents.
- Experience configuring MCP Server and tool connections.
- Working familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and bias and safety validation.
- Strong debugging and conversational-flow troubleshooting skills.
- Agile delivery experience is preferred.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- React.js, Microsoft Foundry, and .NET full-stack development are good-to-have skills.
