Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build solutions to help users maximize their use of Algolia.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to identify optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to explore new opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Growth platform for scalability.
- Work with various teams to establish a solid growth foundation.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to improvements in engineering quality and processes.
- Bring ideas to the team roadmap and own projects from discovery to delivery.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering the best user experience to diverse users.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions and understand their impact.
- Experience or strong interest in event-driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS.
- Experience building production applications with a backend language, preferably Ruby.
- Comfortable working across the stack or eager to grow into full-stack development with TypeScript and React.
