Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to identify business and operational challenges.
- Gather, challenge, and refine requirements with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Design, prototype, build, and deploy scalable workflows, integrations, and customer solutions.
- Own technical onboarding, including integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and security configuration.
- Build tooling, scripts, and automation to improve deployment speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Diagnose complex technical issues across the stack, coordinate with engineering, and resolve customer escalations.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to translate customer needs into platform capabilities.
- Influence product direction through direct customer engagement and field insights.
- Advise customers and internal stakeholders, document solutions, train users, and build reusable internal knowledge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in forward-deployed, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Ability to translate business processes into structured workflows and system logic and facilitate discovery with operational and executive stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, SAML/OIDC, and SCIM.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and agentic AI, including LLMs, MCP, Cursor, and Claude Code.
- Ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end-to-end without a defined playbook.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and create scalable documentation.
- Familiarity with Make.com, Zapier, or Power Automate is a bonus.
- Experience reading, writing, and extending Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and React code is a bonus.
- Exposure to data engineering, analytics, or machine learning workflows is a bonus.
- Knowledge of data modelling and solution architecture principles is a bonus.
