Responsibilities
- Architect and ship high-performance web applications that display real-time pipeline status, test results, and failure analytics.
- Develop and operate low-latency API gateways and backend microservices using Go or Rust, aggregating data across systems and enforcing multi-tenant boundaries.
- Implement authentication, authorization, OAuth2/OIDC, SSO, SAML, and RBAC controls with fully audited access.
- Build RAG pipelines and LLM integrations for root-cause summaries, flake classification, and developer triage.
- Instrument frontend and backend telemetry and operate services in production to improve latency, performance, and time-to-insight.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js, including state management, component architecture, and web performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Go or Rust alongside Python for service orchestration.
- Experience designing resilient REST or GraphQL APIs, concurrency patterns, and idempotent workflows.
- Expertise implementing multi-tenant authentication patterns using OIDC, OAuth2, SAML/SSO, and role-based access control.
- Experience designing prompt workflows, integrating vector databases, and implementing RAG patterns with LLM APIs.
- Practical experience containerizing production workloads with Kubernetes, debugging Linux environments, and querying distributed data stores.
