Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end system features across frontend and backend components.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
- Integrate new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
- Apply approved AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and unit/integration testing.
- Implement and validate prompts, retrieval workflows, structured outputs, and controlled tool use.
- Build and evaluate LLM-based workflows for groundedness, hallucination risk, response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make technical decisions, manage team execution, and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Protect client data and maintain human-review accountability for consequential AI actions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI is required.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks and user interface development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work in agile development environments and continuous integration pipelines.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing full-stack applications.
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment management, including securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.
- Hands-on experience with approved coding assistants, context-rich prompting, generated-code review, and automated test validation.
- Ability to integrate LLM APIs and implement structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool/function calling with explicit permissions and human approval.
- Experience building evaluation datasets and assessing AI system quality, safety, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
