Senior Solutions Architect - EMEA (Professional Services)

Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard Images across customer organizations.
- Partner with account teams to understand customer goals, pain points, proposed solutions, value realization, retention, and growth strategies.
- Act as “customer zero” by testing, documenting, and ensuring the quality of Chainguard Images and customer onboarding.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
- Maintain account-level architecture and share implementation best practices and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with, teach, and learn from the broader Chainguard team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Strong working experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
