Responsibilities
- Update existing client integrations and implement new features and pilot programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries involving data feeds, API calls, CSS, HTML/JavaScript applications, and SaaS technologies.
- Communicate client feedback to Product Management to help define product improvements and new features.
- Resolve client issues independently or in collaboration with Customer Success, Account Management, Engineering, and other teams.
- Own and drive external client projects and internal improvement projects, including upgrades, tools, and documentation.
- Manage quality assurance and testing activities for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or practical equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing technology role.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to analyze data sets for issue resolution and optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, and SQL.
- Fluency in English.
