Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure for software and services.
- Improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, observability, and platform tooling.
- Own production systems, including monitoring, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and contribute to infrastructure architecture decisions.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms, cloud infrastructure, and automation tooling.
- Maintain robust and scalable monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with Software, Test, and Data teams on platform improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles supporting production SaaS systems.
- Hands-on Linux systems administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD tools, scripting, and monitoring and observability systems.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bash, Python, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or Sentry.
- Strong understanding of modern infrastructure security principles and solid DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP/S networking fundamentals.
- Experience supporting complex distributed systems in production environments.
- Familiarity with 3D printing workflows, hardware/software integration, developer platforms, or internal tooling is a bonus.
