Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient software applications and systems.
  • Participate in design and architecture reviews with peers and stakeholders.
  • Review code and provide feedback aligned with coding guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Build testable software, define and execute tests, and automate testing using tools such as JUnit and Selenium.
  • Triage and resolve defects and customer-reported issues.
  • Monitor service health and quality, support incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and help prevent recurrences.
  • Work in a DevOps model across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production maintenance.
  • Document features, enhancements, and fixes and contribute to training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more of C, C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software development practices and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and JIRA.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building and shipping software products and services.
  • Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Preferred: experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Preferred: knowledge of agile development methodologies and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Preferred: strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
