Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and iteratively improve enterprise healthcare systems across front-end and back-end environments.
- Build hands-on agentic engineering solutions using Claude Code or GitHub Copilot CLIs.
- Create reusable skills and agents.
- Work with Java, Kotlin or another JVM language, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, relational databases, and NoSQL or document databases.
- Apply Test-Driven Development across front-end and back-end development.
- Use continuous integration systems such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions.
- Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent.
Requirements
- Senior-level hands-on full-stack engineering experience with deep front-end or back-end expertise, preferably both.
- Exceptional hands-on skills in Java, Kotlin, another JVM language, or TypeScript, with working knowledge of both Java and TypeScript.
- In-depth understanding of Spring Boot and Angular.
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one relational database and one NoSQL or document database.
- Strong agentic engineering skills and experience creating reusable skills and agents.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing, supporting, and iterating on an enterprise system.
- Proven experience hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of EPIC, Cerner Millennium, OpenEMR, HL7, FHIR, oncology, or general practice management.
