Base Salary

$119k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead proof-of-concept and production development for new Artemis platform capabilities.
  • Build full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Python or Node.js, and AWS cloud services.
  • Drive front-end architecture, UI/UX decisions, reusable patterns, coding standards, and shared components.
  • Develop AI-enabled capabilities and agent-based workflows with prompt and context design, evaluation, retrieval, and safety guardrails.
  • Build integrations with Snowflake, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and other enterprise systems.
  • Write automated tests, improve test coverage, and support release, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, lead root-cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes.
  • Review GitHub pull requests, mentor developers, demonstrate capabilities to stakeholders, and translate feedback into technical actions.
  • Partner with architecture and security teams to evaluate emerging technologies and meet engineering, compliance, and audit standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production applications.
  • Strong front-end experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Strong back-end experience building services and APIs in Python or Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and enterprise integrations such as Snowflake, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
  • Experience with relational databases, REST APIs, GitHub-based workflows, automated testing, and release or deployment processes.
  • Hands-on experience building generative AI applications involving large language models, agent-based workflows, retrieval, and evaluation.
  • Experience turning prototypes into production-ready, maintainable solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include production AI agent or LLM experience, regulated-industry experience, architecture and coding-standard ownership, technical leadership or mentoring, automated test suites and CI/CD pipelines, component libraries, secure application development, workflow or low-code automation platforms, and Azure DevOps experience.
