Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop intelligent agents with Vertex AI Agent Builder to automate complex business workflows.
- Build and manage multi-agent systems using the Agent Developer Kit.
- Connect agents securely to enterprise databases such as BigQuery and Spanner using MCP Toolbox.
- Train, tune, deploy, evaluate, and manage AI models with Vertex AI.
- Build and optimize Dataflow streaming pipelines for real-time inference through RunInference API or Vertex AI endpoints.
- Ground AI models in live business context using BigQuery or AlloyDB vector engines.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered applications using Google Cloud Platform services and GCP-hosted APIs.
- Translate business goals into scalable technical architectures and collaborate with business, technology, and client stakeholders.
- Participate in client-facing meetings and provide updates on project milestones and technical blockers.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize AI and data platforms.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, cloud development, or data engineering focused on Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Proven experience developing agentic AI solutions with Vertex AI Agent Builder and Agent Developer Kit.
- Strong Vertex AI experience, including Model Garden, Vertex AI Pipelines, model evaluation, training, tuning, and deployment.
- Advanced SQL knowledge for BigQuery and Python experience for machine learning engineering and automation.
- Experience with data preprocessing techniques such as scaling, encoding, and imputation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Storage, Vertex AI endpoints, and cloud-native GCP services.
- Experience building and optimizing Dataflow streaming pipelines and real-time inference architectures.
- Knowledge of vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, and contextual grounding with BigQuery or AlloyDB vector engines.
- Experience implementing secure enterprise integrations using MCP and related technologies.
- Familiarity with stateful real-time processing and emerging agentic architecture innovations.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, scalability, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing AI and data platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
