Base Salary
$123k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate AI agents and supporting AWS services for incident triage, call scribing, communications, documentation, and reporting.
- Own features end to end from Incident Manager workflow discovery through design, implementation, evaluation, deployment, and production operation.
- Build agent platform foundations including LLM output evaluation, production monitoring and alerting, and identity and access controls.
- Create feedback loops using Incident Manager reviews, corrections, and approvals to improve pattern matching, severity classification, and resolver routing.
- Integrate Reflex with ticketing, chat, telemetry, detection feeds, and live call transcription systems.
- Participate periodically as an Incident Manager on high-severity incident bridge calls.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 1+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and at least one modern programming language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of system design or architecture experience and 5+ years of non-internship software development experience.
- Preferred experience includes delivering complex software systems to customers, Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, AWS solutions, security operations, risk management, incident response, APIs, technical integrations, and distributed systems at scale.
