Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build, train, and deploy production AI agents, including agents built with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design and maintain automation and dashboard infrastructure using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
- Map and redesign current-state workflows and convert them into prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready tools.
- Integrate AI and automation solutions with Salesforce, Oracle, CPQ, and SharePoint to reduce manual data entry.
- Run pilots, gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and document tools for team ownership.
- Collaborate with process owners, team leaders, and the central AI team while following governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI policies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other professionals on non-routine or escalated issues.
Requirements
- Experience building, training, and deploying AI agents into production use.
- Experience implementing automated workflows with low-code platforms such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Ability to map end-to-end processes and identify where automation adds value.
- Experience connecting AI and automation tools across enterprise systems through APIs, including systems such as Salesforce and Oracle.
- Ability to translate business rules and decision logic into clear, testable agent instructions.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, responsible AI, and human review practices.
- Ability to independently handle ambiguous or undocumented processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong collaboration, adaptability, curiosity, problem-solving, and communication skills, including explaining technical tradeoffs to nontechnical stakeholders.
