Base Salary
$176k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions and blueprints for AI agents within the established architectural framework.
- Ensure agent development follows architectural patterns, coding standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Optimize Google Agent Space and Google Cloud Platform services for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop reusable agentic components, libraries, and common services.
- Troubleshoot complex architectural and integration issues for Generative AI Engineers.
- Oversee integration of AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs.
- Lead or significantly contribute to proofs of concept and prototypes for new agentic capabilities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for architectures, design decisions, and deployment configurations.
- Participate in code, design, and architectural reviews.
- Mentor Generative AI Engineers and share technical knowledge through internal and external talks.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent is required.
- Expert-level technical problem-solving and architectural integration capability is expected.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-agent solutions, reusable components, and integrations is required by the responsibilities.
- Ability to work with Google Agent Space, Google Cloud Platform services, enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs is required by the role.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, documentation, mentorship, and technical presentations is required.
