Responsibilities
- Finalize detailed software designs for resilient and scalable applications with technical personnel and team members.
- Lead large, multifunctional software development activities and solve complex technical problems.
- Write complex code for computer systems and serve as a senior source of technical expertise.
- Mentor software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.
- Act as the go-to person for coding and technical issues.
- Lead teams and drive technical excellence while coordinating resources to troubleshoot complex project issues.
- Contribute to customer technical workshops or brainstorming sessions when needed.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define technical solutions and contribute to estimation processes.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Deep knowledge of architectural principles and frontend-backend integration.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Oracle, SQL Server, cloud data lakes, Big Data, and LakeHouse systems.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and services in Azure, AWS, or another cloud provider.
- Experience leading teams and internal and external technology resources to solve complex business needs.
- A proven track record designing and delivering full-stack applications.
- Problem-solving experience involving the identification, research, and coordination of resources for complex project issues.
- Experience with AI technologies is a strong plus.
