Responsibilities
- Train and validate machine-learning models and incorporate AI/ML into existing software applications.
- Collect, prepare, and transform unstructured data for machine-learning tasks.
- Create data pipelines and automate MLOps workflows.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for engineering tools and applications.
- Design, implement, train, test, and maintain projects through their lifecycle.
- Develop agents using OpenAI API, RAG, and LangChain.
- Write documentation covering data sources, model architecture, evaluation, and tool usage.
- Participate in code reviews and issue tracking.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics/Statistics with 8+ years of experience, or an MS with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience creating data pipelines and performing feature engineering with NumPy, Pandas, and SQL.
- Experience training neural networks with PyTorch or Keras and ML models with scikit-learn.
- Experience deploying ML models to production and strong knowledge of model validation and overfitting-avoidance techniques.
- Experience developing agents using OpenAI API, RAG, and LangChain.
- Programming experience with Python, C#, Java, and JavaScript.
- Experience containerizing workflows and applications with Docker.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
