Responsibilities

Engage with strategic partners to identify challenges and implement custom solutions.
Assess use cases and technical requirements for complexity and execution risks.
Develop solutions utilizing XRPL and Ripple's product suite.
Provide exceptional customer service to partners.
Influence the roadmap and product development of RippleX.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
Resolve technical challenges with precision.

8+ years of experience in technology solutions or development.
Proficiency in open-source languages such as Javascript, Java, Swift, C++, Python, or Rust.
Experience and passion for blockchain systems, especially XRPL.
Proven customer service experience in the tech industry.
Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
