Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing features with scalable UI components.
- Identify and solve complex user experience problems with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Rapidly prototype product requirements in collaboration with product managers and designers.
- Advocate for web accessibility standards and optimize front-end performance.
- Conduct design/code reviews and guide engineers in best practices.
- Provide feedback on design systems and contribute new components.
- Mentor other designers and engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in front-end or UI engineering.
- Fluency in modern web technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS.
- Ability to define reusable patterns and components for multiple product teams.
- Strong programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
