Base Salary
$104k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions with Apache Kafka.
- Build integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms using APIs, messaging queues, and middleware.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed predictive analytics, NLP, and automation features.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using CP4D.
- Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and Oracle triggers.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and other agile development processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to maintain uptime and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
- Experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in ETL development, Oracle performance tuning, and complex SQL.
- Deep understanding of Apache Kafka for event-driven and real-time data processing.
- Experience implementing AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Healthcare or supply chain experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of API gateways, service mesh, and observability tools is preferred.
- Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models in production is preferred.
- Cloud, Kafka, or AI technology certifications are preferred.
- Exposure to data engineering and big data tools such as Spark or Flink is preferred.
