Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end integration engineering from architecture to implementation.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for large users and partners, resolving integration issues.
- Lead strategic technical conversations about Stripe's product features and API architecture.
- Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to drive user engagement and outcomes.
- Provide deep technical support, including debugging and building proof-of-concept integrations.
- Review and optimize existing user integrations for performance and reliability.
- Build tools and analytics to support user business reviews and operational needs.
- Develop reusable processes and shared knowledge for the Professional Services team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software or integration engineering.
- Ability to write and debug code in languages like Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in SQL and understanding of data structures.
- Understanding of the payments domain and API security principles.
- Ability to lead technical conversations and explain Stripe's architecture clearly.
- User-first mindset to map business requirements to technical solutions.
- Confidence in engaging with users and leading technical discussions.
