Responsibilities
- Implement software and design solutions using the Veeva Regulatory suite for life sciences customers.
- Lead configuration requirements workshops and design, document, prototype, and deploy solutions.
- Manage programs and projects, including resource planning and leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Communicate among project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technology implementation services, preferably in life sciences or healthcare.
- Technical ability and willingness to design, configure, and implement a regulatory information management solution.
- Strong collaboration, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to travel as required by the business.
- Consulting experience with a major system integrator or software vendor is preferred.
- Knowledge of drug development, Regulatory Affairs, or Regulatory Operations is preferred.
- Experience with life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements is preferred.
- Fluency in one or more of English, German, French, Spanish, or Italian is preferred.
