Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized AI experiences in Google Help Center and in-product Help.
- Transform static designs into dynamic, interactive workflows that resolve issues for customers and support agents.
- Lead workflow architecture from concept through delivery, remove technical blockers, and partner with product engineering on API development and throughput optimization.
- Maintain high-quality customer-facing output while communicating status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Learn and advocate for improvements to gTech’s internal tools, test released features, and support workflow authors with onboarding and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience in application or system development.
- Three years of coding experience in a general programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: four years of coding experience and four years of application or system development experience.
- Preferred: three years of experience with databases, data analysis, and scripting using SQL/MySQL.
Benefits
- Ireland base pay is €90000–€92000 EUR, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
