Responsibilities
- Architect solutions and implementations for mobile advertising partners.
- Lead technical engagements with mobile app developers and align Google’s product suite with partner business goals.
- Resolve technical escalations from clients and business teams.
- Develop tools, documentation, and workflows to scale support across the EMEA region.
- Identify and implement best practices to accelerate product adoption and establish repeatable partner-success processes.
- Provide market feedback to influence product strategy, design, and prioritization with go-to-market, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience writing and reading code, such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred: experience developing for iOS or Android or understanding the mobile advertising business.
- Preferred: experience working with SQL and alongside Product, Engineering, or Business teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear advice for non-technical stakeholders or external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience debugging customer-facing issues at the code or broader system-implementation level.
