Associate Solution Engineer - French speaking
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to align technical strategy with business outcomes and support complex deals through close.
- Develop and deliver custom solutions and demonstrations, including Agentforce and Data Cloud, to address customer challenges.
- Lead solution cycles and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.
- Translate customer business requirements into technology roadmaps and compelling Salesforce value propositions.
- Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from IT administrators to C-suite executives.
- Maintain current knowledge of Salesforce products, AI, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Background in solution engineering, technical consulting, professional services, account management, management consulting, SaaS, or a technical field.
- Experience acting as a strategic partner to sales or business units during complex deals or projects.
- Strong understanding of technology, business, and AI, with curiosity about emerging trends.
- Exceptional creative and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, stakeholder-management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand requirements across multiple industries and translate them into compelling visions and roadmaps.
- Comfort working collaboratively in dynamic environments and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Existing Salesforce product knowledge or certifications such as AI Associate, Administrator, or Cloud Consultant is preferred.
- Experience with solution selling and the enterprise software landscape is preferred.
- Degree or equivalent proven experience, including extracurricular leadership, military experience, or volunteer roles.
