Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks involving data and tool access.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across varied projects.
- Work with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop Google tools and products.
- Write complex code and implement tools that improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end-user experience.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical and business feedback and solutions to internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in technical support, professional services, software development, or product operations management.
- At least 3 years of experience with web technologies, databases, SQL queries, and coding in Java, Python, or C/C++.
- At least 2 years of experience with database technologies, including SQL or NoSQL.
- Experience working with Linux, Unix, or Windows systems.
- Experience delivering technical projects and making technical decisions.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
- Preferred: experience using machine learning and building solutions.
- Preferred: experience in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, or another investigative role.
Benefits
- Ireland base pay is €90000–€92000 EUR, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Work location is stated as Ireland.
