Responsibilities
- Develop reusable demos, custom demonstrations, and partner/customer workshops across Analytics & BI, Compliance & ESG, and Cloud Modernization use cases.
- Design and build end-to-end solutions using IDMC Data Governance and Data Integration services.
- Create hands-on workshop curricula, including structured exercises, guided labs, and enablement materials.
- Manage delivery from requirements gathering and prioritization through storyboarding, configuration, QA validation, release communication, and Solution Engineer enablement.
- Automate demo and workshop scenarios using API integrations and Python, including Claude-assisted development.
- Provide technical support for strategic deals and partner enablement initiatives, troubleshoot demonstration environments, and resolve stakeholder issues with technical teams.
- Mentor team members on technical and business best practices.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in SaaS or data engineering solution development with strong scripting or programming skills.
- Working knowledge of IDMC Data Governance and Data Integration services is desired; broader IDMC experience is beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with Analytics & BI and Compliance & ESG use cases is required.
- Strong API connectivity and Python skills, with preferred experience using Claude or similar AI tools to build demos and workshops.
- Strong configuration and development abilities, solution storytelling skills, and experience designing engaging hands-on workshop content.
- Technical understanding of data models, system integration, data migration, data governance, and data integration solutions.
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.
- Experience as a solution engineer or demo engineer and experience designing or delivering technical workshops for customers or partners are preferred.
- Hands-on IDMC experience and cloud platform certifications or experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data platforms are preferred.
