Base Salary
$233k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, review, and develop Systems Engineering team members.
- Support complex customer evaluations, technical problem-solving, and technical validation efforts.
- Lead customer-facing technical engagements and present cybersecurity solutions to stakeholders from technicians through CIOs.
- Partner with sales counterparts to develop territory strategies, identify target markets and use cases, and accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialist teams, Product Management, Technical Marketing, and R&D.
- Build customer relationships, develop reference accounts, and provide customer feedback for product improvements.
- Act as an escalation point for pre-sales and post-sales issues.
- Drive Palo Alto Networks Platformization efforts and customer adoption.
- Travel 50–75% within the assigned region.
Requirements
- Experience as a pre-sales Systems Engineering Manager.
- Experience as a Senior Systems Engineer or Specialist.
- Knowledge of security product market trends, competitor offerings, and technology roadmaps.
- Experience delivering comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customers.
- Experience selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation technologies.
- Experience partnering with Customer Support to support implementation and adoption.
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Quota-driven mindset focused on serving as a trusted advisor.
- Proficiency in English.
