Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated test frameworks using SmartBear TestComplete and ReadyAPI.
- Translate business requirements into test cases, plans, and quality strategies.
- Execute manual, automated, and regression testing; document, track, and isolate defects.
- Support BAU operations, production troubleshooting, performance issues, and system outages.
- Evaluate testing tools and frameworks and recommend continuous quality improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of dedicated professional software quality assurance experience.
- Proficiency with SmartBear TestComplete and ReadyAPI.
- Experience with Java applications, Spring, Spring Boot, Linux, MS Windows, and Linux shell scripting.
- Ability to write T-SQL and stored procedures across Oracle, MS-SQL, and DB2.
- Experience with Git, GitLab, and Universal Artifact Manager Nexus.
- Understanding of QA methodologies and processes across an Agile software development lifecycle.
- University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Quality Assurance Management, or equivalent education and verified work experience.
- Preferred experience includes Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, TestRail, Selenium or similar open-source automation tools, and AWS.
