Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize features for the Flutter app used across 11 countries by millions of users.
- Analyze and refine requirements in collaboration with the product owner.
- Improve application architecture, code quality, and development processes.
- Optimize the automated CI/CD pipeline.
- Mentor less experienced team members through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused digital experiences.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building projects with Flutter and strong enthusiasm for the technology.
- Knowledge of Streams, Widgets, builder functions, and Provider.
- Experience with Android or iOS development.
- Interest in software architecture, continuous learning, collaboration, and problem solving.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented working style.
