Responsibilities
- Design, develop, improve, and deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
- Build GenAI functionality covering LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, evaluation, guardrails, and agentic workflows.
- Develop full-stack applications using Python or Java backends and React, Angular, or TypeScript frontends.
- Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines using microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, resilience, and secure engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders on requirements, solution strategies, integration, and business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, knowledge sharing, technology communities, and secure coding practices.
- Manage risk and controls, contribute to policies and procedures, communicate complex information, and influence stakeholders.
- Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members, or set objectives and coach employees where the position has people leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on GenAI engineering experience covering LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, evaluation, guardrails, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with cloud-native and DevSecOps delivery, including microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, resilience, and secure engineering.
- Full-stack engineering experience with either Python using FastAPI or Django, or Java using Spring Boot, plus React, Angular, or TypeScript.
- Experience with APIs, databases, automated testing, scalable software design, and secure coding practices.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Spring AI, or LangChain4j.
- Preferred MLOps or LLMOps experience, including prompt and model versioning, evaluation automation, monitoring, performance optimization, and cost optimization.
- Financial services or payments experience, enterprise integration, event-driven architecture, responsible AI, and regulatory controls are highly valued.
- Ability to handle complex analysis, risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and stakeholder communication.
