Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Implement secure coding and unit testing practices.
- Contribute to technology communities, policy development, risk management, controls, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and coach team members, or guide collaborative assignments as an individual contributor.
- Analyze information from multiple sources, solve complex problems, and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Requirements
- Professional knowledge and skills sufficient to perform complex software development and cross-functional assignments.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and business divisions.
- Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage risk, strengthen controls, and develop policies or procedures.
- Ability to lead and coach employees if the position has people leadership responsibilities.
