Base Salary
$128k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Transition finance operations processes to AI-first generative AI and agentic workflows.
- Partner with process and operations managers to redesign legacy finance workflows.
- Design, build, test, and iterate on AI prototypes using AI-assisted development and low-code solutions.
- Bridge Product, Engineering, and Finance to transition prototypes into scalable production systems.
- Establish FinOps architecture supporting emerging AI capabilities, data governance, compliance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple systems and platforms to advance enterprise AI adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, Technical Project Management, or Finance Operations, or five years with an advanced degree.
- Experience designing, building, or deploying functional applications or workflows using LLMs and generative AI agents.
- Preferred experience designing, testing, and integrating APIs or solutions connecting disparate systems.
- Preferred experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, Google AI Studio, and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Preferred proficiency in SQL and data pipelines for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing system performance.
- Preferred understanding of data governance, privacy compliance frameworks, and AI guardrails.
- Preferred record of replacing manual, legacy workflows with scalable technical infrastructure.
Benefits
- US base salary is $128000-$187000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
