Base Salary
$117k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead enablement sessions and stakeholder research across assigned corporate functions to identify workflow friction, intelligence gaps, manual effort, and handoff failures.
- Translate research into a prioritized backlog with problem statements, impact and feasibility assessments, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Design and ship custom AI tools, agents, automations, prompts, retrieval logic, and integrations on shared infrastructure for real business deliverables.
- Monitor adoption and output quality, diagnose system-level failures, continuously tune solutions, and transition durable agents into the shared platform layer.
- Coach teams through progressive AI adoption toward independent creation and iteration of their own tools.
- Document tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns so successful solutions can scale across functions.
- Design, build, and oversee autonomous multi-agent workflows for real business processes.
- Rotate across functional cohorts after solutions are productized and teams reach defined self-sufficiency milestones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in roles requiring analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
- Experience conducting discovery or stakeholder research and translating findings into prioritized plans of work.
- Technical fluency in integration architecture, agent-output evaluation, prompt design, retrieval logic, and data workflows, including tools such as Python and APIs.
- Track record of coaching, teaching, or enabling others to change how they work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and relationships while supporting cohorts of approximately 15–25 people.
- Product Management background or equivalent experience shipping tools that people use.
- Experience in finance, People/HR, legal, operations, or a closely adjacent business function.
- Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.
- Experience with change management, organizational transformation, or large-scale enablement programs.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and data stacks such as Salesforce, Slack, and Snowflake.
- Experience scaling internal tools, templates, or playbooks beyond an immediate team.
- Background in consulting, solutions engineering, technical program management, or another role combining technical depth with business context.
