Base Salary
$95k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for client-specific financial workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with existing EPM/CPM platforms.
- Develop automated data reconciliation workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Embed with client teams to understand their financial systems and pain points.
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities in financial processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical solution architectures.
- Manage the full lifecycle of agent development from prototyping to deployment.
- Contribute to Accordion’s reusable agent framework and shared component library.
- Establish quality standards for AI outputs in financial workflows.
- Document solution architectures and deployment playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in AI or intelligent automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Working knowledge of financial processes including budgeting and forecasting.
- Solid SQL skills and experience integrating with APIs and financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with finance leaders.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 50–80%).
