Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation, software implementation, and managed services engagements for monday.com customers.
- Design and build tailored solutions using agents, vibe-coded applications, workflows, automations, reporting, and relational data structures.
- Discover customer needs, advise on business process design, and recommend process changes aligned with business outcomes.
- Configure lightweight integrations and partner with technical resources on data conversions, integrations, and agentic engineering.
- Act as project manager for standalone engagements and deliver defined scope on larger engagements.
- Run webinars, training sessions, consultations, and one-on-one product demonstrations.
- Create documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts enabling customers to operate and extend delivered solutions.
- Advocate for customer needs and contribute field-developed patterns and reusable assets to the shared library and product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software.
- Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects involving hands-on building and configuration in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software.
- Fluency with generative and agentic AI tools and their use in productivity workflows and intelligent agents.
- Understanding of production AI reliability practices, including human review, output checking, and choosing deterministic automation when appropriate.
- Strong problem-solving skills grounded in computational thinking, systems design, and relational data structures.
- Business process design, consulting, customer-facing presentation, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Make and Zapier, with foundational API knowledge; GraphQL and MCP are a plus.
- Ability to explain technical topics to nontechnical audiences, learn new technologies quickly, work independently, and manage multiple engagements.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
