Base Salary
$115k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered infrastructure, workflows, and internal tools for GTM productivity.
- Own initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration.
- Partner with Operations, Analytics, Product, and IT teams whose systems and infrastructure support the work.
- Identify friction and manual work in GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts from field teams.
Requirements
- Background in software or data engineering, data science, applied AI/ML, or technical consulting with hands-on delivery experience.
- Experience shipping AI tools or workflows to production rather than only building demos.
- Experience or motivation to build internal-facing tools focused on productivity impact.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to work independently on an early-stage, evolving team.
- Experience with modern AI/LLM tooling and integration patterns, including APIs, workflow orchestration, and agent frameworks.
- Prior GTM, RevOps, or Sales organization experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, or comparable go-to-market technology tools is preferred.
- Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders to scope and prioritize builds is preferred.
