Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-stack engineering features and growth experiments.
- Collaborate with Product, UXR, and Data to test early hypotheses.
- Integrate scalable tracking systems for actionable insights.
- Conduct code reviews and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Implement feature gating and A/B testing using experimentation platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects.
- Proficiency in full-stack technologies like React, Typescript, and AWS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for connecting people.
- Knowledge of product metrics, funnels, and user lifecycle stages.
- Ability to lead initiatives and communicate across teams.
- Understanding of growth strategies and metrics-driven decision-making.
