Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-stack engineering features and growth experiments across Posh’s two-sided marketplace.
- Collaborate with Product, UXR, and Data to turn early hypotheses into iterative, high-impact tests.
- Build scalable tracking systems that provide actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Implement feature gating and A/B tests or experiments using platforms such as StatSig and LaunchDarkly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects with significant business impact.
- Proficiency with full-stack technologies such as React, React Native, TypeScript, and AWS or similar cloud providers.
- Experience in either mobile application development or backend systems.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, user lifecycle stages, growth strategies, experimentation frameworks, and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Ability to lead initiatives, mentor others, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in building products that connect people in the real world.
- Experience at an early-stage consumer, social, or marketplace company is a bonus.
