Base Salary
$138k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify friction and manual work across GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Architect AI-powered workflows and internal tools that increase productivity across GTM teams.
- Take initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration.
- Translate technical possibilities into clear business cases and outcomes for stakeholders.
- Partner closely with internal Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams.
- Drive adoption of new AI tools and workflows across teams, measuring and reporting on impact.
- Work with subject matter experts from field teams.
Requirements
- Experience building or scaling a consultancy or internal function focused on AI/technology adoption.
- A track record of tying technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Comfort operating as both an architect and a hands-on builder.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Working knowledge of modern AI/LLM tooling for credible technical conversations.
