Base Salary
$138k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify friction and manual work in GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Architect AI-powered workflows and internal tools that increase GTM productivity.
- Take initiatives from concept through production and ongoing iteration.
- Translate technical possibilities into clear business cases and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Operations, Analytics, Product, and IT teams on operational surfaces, data foundations, and AI tooling or hosting infrastructure.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and workflows while measuring and reporting impact.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts from field teams.
Requirements
- Experience building or scaling a consultancy, advisory practice, or internal function focused on AI or technology adoption.
- Track record of tying technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to operate as both an architect and hands-on builder who can help stand up solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Working knowledge of modern AI/LLM tooling sufficient for credible technical discussions with engineers and IT partners.
- Prior experience in GTM Strategy and Operations, RevOps, or client-facing AI implementation or consulting is preferred.
- Experience partnering with leadership on adoption of new tools or processes is preferred.
