Base Salary
$154k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex technical projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing, and production launch.
- Build APIs and tooling with strong performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Improve platform robustness and scalability through hands-on implementation.
- Own projects end to end and contribute to technical design, architecture, and roadmap decisions.
- Launch and iterate on functionality that impacts merchants and shoppers at scale.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders across teams and time zones.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the software development industry.
- Experience with Java, web services, REST APIs, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Kafka and Elasticsearch is a plus.
- Familiarity with complex, large-scale distributed systems and software engineering practices.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new visa sponsorship; visa transfers may be supported, but H-1B CAP sponsorship is not available.
