Responsibilities
- Build new product experiences across the hiring workflow.
- Develop systems that turn conversational signals into structured actions and insights.
- Build AI-assisted features that are useful, transparent, and well integrated into the product.
- Improve quality, speed, and reliability across user-facing and agent-facing product areas.
- Own and ship meaningful product areas from problem definition through rollout.
- Shape how Metaview’s AI products behave in real customer workflows.
- Identify and drive improvements that make the product faster, clearer, and more valuable.
- Contribute to the engineering bar across craft, execution, and product judgment.
- Work across engineering, design, product, and go-to-market contexts.
Requirements
- Experience shipping products in fast-moving software environments.
- Comfort working across the stack or moving beyond a default technical area when needed.
- Strong user focus and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions.
- Technical strength combined with product sense and sound judgment.
- Willingness to take ownership, operate amid ambiguity, and collaborate closely across functions.
- Experience with workflow software, AI-enabled products, or shipped products is helpful.
- Experience with systems where frontend and backend decisions meaningfully affect each other is helpful.
- Experience building products used in consequential or trust-sensitive situations is helpful.
- Startup or scale-up experience with high iteration speed and ownership is helpful.
