Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and improve business performance.
- Design, code, and test applications using Java, Python, C#, and JavaScript.
- Build scalable software systems using microservices, API management, and enterprise application integration.
- Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards to maintain software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Apply continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development.
- Manage application lifecycles and software project planning to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues to improve system reliability.
- Contribute to business process improvement and uphold professional, technical, and independence standards.
- Build client relationships, navigate complex engineering challenges, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include artificial intelligence, business analytics, computer and data engineering, computer science, human-computer interaction, industrial engineering, information systems or technology, machine learning, management information systems, and software engineering.
- Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development and continuous integration and delivery is preferred.
- Proficiency with Java, Python, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Expertise required in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, AKS, Copilot Studio, AI Search, Azure App Service, and Azure Function.
- Strong client management, critical thinking, microservices, API management, and mentoring capabilities are preferred.
