Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and refine workflows involving multiple databases and system APIs.
- Develop tools that simplify daily operational trading tasks and automate data review and reconciliation.
- Triage and debug issues as a point of contact for automation systems.
- Own processes and document all use cases.
- Collaborate with trading operations to identify automation-driven solutions.
- Balance longer-term initiatives with immediate production workflow support.
- Architect systems and controls that improve the robustness of post-trade processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Pandas experience is preferred.
- Two or more years of working experience is preferred, though talented graduates may be considered.
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, quantitative problem-solving, communication, and practical solution-development skills.
- Ability to identify issues and create solutions without rigid direction.
