Responsibilities
- Partner with law firm partners, associates, and innovation teams to identify pain points and opportunities to expand Legora adoption.
- Own firm relationships across pilots, onboarding, training, and full-firm adoption in collaboration with Go To Market and Engagement teams.
- Represent law firm users internally and provide insights that inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training for individual practice groups and firm-wide audiences.
- Document best practices, develop scalable playbooks, and help shape the global growth of the function.
- Advise law firms on the ROI, competitive impact, and practice-area implications of AI in legal services.
Requirements
- Have a background in law and experience at a top-tier law firm, ideally across multiple practice areas or firm-wide initiatives.
- Be tech-curious and product-savvy, with the ability to engage in conversations about generative AI, technology implementation, innovation, and productivity.
- Communicate clearly with senior partners, graduate trainees, lawyers, engineers, and other diverse stakeholders.
- Be able to evaluate and improve legal processes using emerging technologies, including due diligence, contract review, or legal research workflows.
- Be proactive, self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing multiple firm relationships.
- Understand law firm commercial realities, including billing pressures, client expectations, competitive positioning, innovation, and risk management.
- Demonstrate strong judgment, quality standards, execution, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
