Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.
- Deploy and manage scalable, cloud-native AI services and language models.
- Analyze datasets and model evaluations to improve training outcomes and performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, provide cross-team advisory support, and contribute to key decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience, including substantial experience with large language models.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Advanced proficiency in Large Language Models, Python, LangGraph, LangChain, Langfuse, Docker, AWS AI Services, GitHub, Terraform, and Jira.
- Expertise in instruction fine-tuning, domain adaptation, and cloud-based AI service deployment.
- Experience with containerization, version control, scalable AI services, and model training and evaluation.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, advise across teams, and solve problems affecting multiple teams.
